Information we collect

We keep data collection on this site to a minimum.

Estimate request form.When you submit the "Get a free estimate" form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, property type, and any message you choose to include. Submitting the form also records your IP address, which we use to limit spam and abuse.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information. If and when a Google Analytics (GA4) measurement ID is configured, GA4 may also be used to understand aggregate site usage; it is not active unless that ID is set.

How we use your information

To respond to your estimate request and follow up about a study.
To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the details from your estimate request for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How your form data is handled

When you submit the estimate form, your details are emailed to the CS-Ninja team using Resend, an email delivery provider, so that we can reply to you. Your information is processed and stored by the email services involved in delivering and receiving that message. We do not store your submission in a separate database on this marketing site.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of service providers, including a hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and an email delivery provider (Resend). These providers process data on our behalf in order to operate the site and deliver your messages.

Data retention

We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business and recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to delete your information (see below).

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children
